If we've been chatting and I feel comfortable making your set, this is where you'll officially purchase them, so I can begin making them.
Nail art levels
Tier 1: French tips, simple design on one or two nails per hand, nail stickers
Tier 2: simple design on more than two nails per hand, detailed design on two nails or less per hand, 3D artwork on 2 nails or less per hand, isolated chrome, charms on three nails or less per hand, double French tips
Tier 3: detailed designs on three or more nails per hand
